came back from the swingle singers concert last night.. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
met jas at clementi for a macs dinner, took bus to ucc, waited there for about an hr till twang arrived. collected tickets from him... went in at 7.50, but concert didnt start till 8.20 haha.. weixin called right before he went it, telling me that people who bought L3 seats are being upgraded to L1 because there wasnt enough ppl who bought the expensive tix to fill the first floor. we chionged all the way down but the usher said that we could only sit near the back of the L1. hmph...

the swingle singers opened with a number from dido and aeneas by henry purcell IN JAZZ!! hoooooo... sweetness.. hehe.. the harmony, the voices, the bass, the percussion! it was all lovely..

during the intermission, we changed seats and upgraded ourselves to the main stalls. hohoho.. sat there for 15 mins. we contemplated on moving right to the first row to hear and see them!! right before the singers came back on stage, we chionged further up front and center.. lol...

watching them sing nth but doos and dahs made me feel so much of the passion they have for singing.. entertaining nonetheless..
i must say, that the swingle singers have are the most passionate group of singers that i have ever heard live.. will never forget this concert.. hooooooooooooooooooo
